Terms of Service

• The App is available for users of all ages (5 years and above)
• If you are below 18 years of age, please ensure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use of the App
• Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App
• No account registration is required to use the App

• Video Creation: Generate personalized videos using your photos and our templates, entirely on your device
• Template Library: Access to diverse templates for social media reels, invitations, greetings, slideshows, and more
• Free Tier: All templates and features are available for free, supported by ads. Free-tier exports include a SnapReel watermark and standard resolution.
• Premium Subscription: Ad-free experience, no watermark, and full HD video exports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

• SnapReel is free to use with advertisements
• Ads are served by Google AdMob and may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads
• Free-tier video exports include a SnapReel watermark
• Free-tier exports are in standard resolution
• You can watch a rewarded ad to remove the watermark from individual exports
• To permanently remove ads and watermarks, subscribe to a premium plan

1. What Premium Includes

• Ad-free experience throughout the app
• Watermark-free video exports
• Full HD resolution exports

2. Payment Methods

Premium subscriptions can be purchased through:

• Google Play Billing: Managed through Google Play Store. Google's terms and refund policies apply.
• UPI Autopay (Paytm): Recurring payments via UPI mandate through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or your bank's UPI app.

3. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be notified before each renewal charge
• The renewal amount will be the same as your current plan rate unless changed with prior notice

4. How to Cancel

For Google Play subscriptions: Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Find SnapReel → Cancel

For UPI Autopay: Open your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) → Settings → Autopay/Mandates → Find SnapReel → Deactivate/Revoke

• Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current period
• You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use in compliance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Upload obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harmful content
• Upload images of persons without their consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our templates
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems

Violations may result in restriction of access to the App.

1. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your photos and videos. We do not claim ownership of any content you use in the App. Since all rendering happens on your device, we never have access to your content.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You represent that you own or have necessary rights to the photos you use
• You have obtained consent from individuals appearing in your photos
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• You are solely responsible for your content and how you share your created videos

1. Our Content

The App, including all templates, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to SnapReel and protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Template License

Templates are licensed to you for creating personal videos. You may NOT:

• Redistribute or resell our templates
• Use our templates for commercial template-selling services
• Claim ownership of our templates or designs
• Extract or rip template assets from the App

3. Your Created Videos

Videos you create using the App are yours. You may use them for any personal or non-commercial purpose including social media, invitations, and sharing with others.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The App will be compatible with all devices

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• SnapReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any mobile/data charges incurred while using the App

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create or share using the App

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

3. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us (see our Contact Us page) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapReel.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
