Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refund requests for SnapReel premium services.

SnapReel is free to use with ads. Premium subscriptions remove ads, watermarks, and unlock HD exports. Premium can be purchased via Google Play Billing or UPI Autopay.

How Premium Subscription Works

How to Cancel

Google Play Subscriptions:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your Profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  3. Find SnapReel and tap Cancel subscription

UPI Autopay (Mandate):

⚠️ UPI mandates must be cancelled from your payment app, not from SnapReel.

After Cancellation:

When Refunds ARE Provided

For Google Play purchases: Refund requests should be directed to Google Play Support, as they handle the billing.

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

How to Request a Refund

For UPI Autopay payments:

  1. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page
  2. Subject: "Refund Request - [Reason]"
  3. Include: Device ID, transaction date and amount, reason for refund, screenshots if applicable

Processing Time:

For Google Play payments:

Please request refunds through Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → Find the order → Request a refund.
